Monitoring & Reporting
Senior Management will oversee the Environmental Programme, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary. Environmental performance data will be shared with employees and supply chain partners. Project teams will be encouraged to apply best practices, and supply chain performance will be reviewed annually as part of the Management Review.

Responsibilities
The Directors of JMSL are fully committed to this policy and will allocate necessary resources to achieve its objectives. The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring the policy remains aligned with the company’s strategic goals and is reviewed regularly.
